We don't contract out any of the service we provide. This ensures we can guarantee the quality of our service. We operate our own customized vehicles from service centres throughout the country and have well trained customer care and service staff. We deliver water on a schedule that best suits your situation and demand and thereafter will maintain your water cooler on a schedule most convenient for you.

If you run out of water or have a service issue we will usually be with you within 24 hours - yes we do have some exceptions!
